1. Who are we?
The Sites are operated by 9507-0595 QUÉBEC INC., 31 Rue Dante, Montréal, QC H2S 1J6, Canada. Privacy contact: hello@wanakomeclothing.eu.
2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by the site you visit. It enables technical operation (login, cart), security, audience measurement and—if you agree—personalization and advertising. “Similar technologies” include tags, pixels, local storage and browser fingerprinting.
3. Which cookies do we set?
We use first-party cookies (set by our Sites) and third-party cookies (set by our partners). The up-to-date list of partners and their cookies (name, purpose, duration) is available in our Consent Manager in the footer.
3.1 Strictly necessary
Essential to run the Sites (security, cart, checkout, language). Consent-exempt. These cannot be switched off in our banner.
3.2 Performance (analytics)
Optional. Count visits, understand page usage and improve the Sites (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics). Set only with your consent (unless configured to qualify for an exemption).
3.3 Functional
Optional. Remember preferences (size, currency) and enable certain integrations (video, maps). Without consent, some features may not function.
3.4 Targeting/advertising
Optional. Personalize ads and measure campaign performance (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo/Omnisend). May contribute to an advertising profile. Set only with your consent.
4. How long do they stay active?
- Session cookies: removed when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies: retained for a limited time (typically from days up to 13 months in the EU).
The exact lifetime of each cookie is shown in the Consent Manager (“Cookie settings”) in the footer and prevails. Consent logs may be retained for up to 6 years (GDPR requirement).
5. How can you control cookies?
On your first visit our banner lets you Accept all, Reject all or Customize by category. You can change your choices anytime via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or via your browser controls. If you don’t consent, only strictly necessary cookies will be set.
We use Google’s Consent Mode: if you refuse optional cookies, no corresponding cookie is set and some measurements are obtained via statistical modeling, at an aggregated level and in line with your choices.
6. Questions and concerns
